Theo is a qualified and experienced practitioner in occupational health and safety and ergonomics spanning areas including risk assessment, training, auditing and policy/procedure/systems development.  His mechanical engineering qualifications early experience in mainstream engineering provides a solution-based approach to OH&S.  Accumulated 6 years of industry experience in the field of OH&S with Ford Motor Company and Nissan is supported by 9 years consulting experience with Sedgwick Limited and Marsh Risk Consulting.  Further consulting experience since 2001 as a Director of Kanellos Consulting Pty Ltd underpins OH&S consulting expertise in a number of industries including manufacturing, paper, food, defence, retail, services, entertainment, clothing, supply chain, chemical and local council.  International experience includes Indonesia, Singapore, Papua New Guinea and New Zealand.
